PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

Stay connected with the stories of your state. Bring your own beverage and join us for a series of insightful conversations with some of Indiana’s most interesting scholars.

Throughout most of the 20th century the United States and the Soviet Union were engaged in a Cold War. As the globe was caught up within the tense politics and strategic maneuvering between these two superpowers, Indiana played its part by becoming home to vital industries as part of the national defense.

We will be discussing Indiana and the Cold War with Zoe Vorndran, the Indiana Historical Society Exhibits Research Assistant.
