This year’s Festival of Trees will feature a winter wonderland of more than 85 trees representing individuals, families and companies from around Indiana. The seven-week annual holiday extravaganza includes special programs and enhanced dining and shopping options.
Festival of Trees is presented by Sullivan Hardware & Garden and supported by The Mothershead Foundation, OneAmerica Financial, Printing Partners and MacAllister Machinery, Inc.

Holiday Author Fair
Festival of Trees will be open from 10am to 5pm.
Holiday Author Fair will be open from 12pm to 4pm.
In addition to visiting the Festival of Trees holiday exhibit, mix and mingle with more than 60 authors covering topics from sports and biographies to youth historical fiction and politics - and of course, a lot of Indiana History. CLICK HERE to learn more about the event.
Educator Lounge @ Author Fair
Saturday, December 7 / 12pm to 4pm / 4th Floor / Included with admission.
All educators are invited to stop by and relax in the teacher’s lounge on the 4th floor while visiting the Author Fair. Inside the lounge you will have access to resources for your classroom and the opportunity to speak with museum educators about incorporating primary sources, museum resources, IHS press books, and more into your classroom.
Educators will also have the opportunity to Build-Your-Own Swag Bag to be filled with treats for you and your classroom. Fill your bag with goodies from snacks and soda to books and fidgets! Materials available on a first come first serve basis

*on Tuesdays and Thursdays from December 3 through December 19, the History Center will close at 8 p.m.
